Six Pillar Lending is a mortgage company built by Military Veterans and Spouses dedicated to helping Veterans, Active-Duty Service Members, their families, and civilians wanting to support the Military Community realize the dream of home ownership.
We chose “Six Pillar Lending” based on the six pillars of the United States Armed Forces. Our co-founders are both US Marine Corps Service-Disabled Veterans and are passionate about helping the Veteran and Military Community.

Compensation, equity sharing, and profit sharing will be based on paying more than the industry standard for 6PL employees. A flexible work schedule, an unlimited PTO plan, a paid maternity and paternity leave program, tuition reimbursement, paid training and education benefits, and a retirement plan executed at the maximum legally available are all part of the Six Pillar Lending compensation plan.
Employees will earn equity and profit sharing based on job performance and company tenure.
Taking care of our employees, who are the most important resource of our business, should be the #1 concern of the company. Employees influence and serve our clients, represent the company, and are the engines that propel our company forward. Without them, there is no Six Pillar Lending.
