Six Pillar Lending (NMLS# 2416155), a Start-up Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Mortgage Company focusing on serving Veterans and Active-Duty Service Members (but also helping civilians) is looking for experienced Mortgage Loan Originators to help clients obtain residential mortgages and build a company.

We’re a newly launched company and we’re adding MLOs who can bring their referral networks and books of business to help build our growing company.

We’re offering rates which crush retail, outstanding commission, products for almost every scenario, no earning caps, marketing support for both leads and building your network, tons of training and support, a voice in how the company is going to be run, and company equity earned based on performance and tenure.

We’re building this business and running it how it should be: as a collaborative partnership with its employees.

Job Description

• Knowledgeable about the laws enforced by the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services, Michigan’s Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, and Servicers Licensing Act, and other applicable laws and rules of the Michigan mortgage industry.
• Evaluate, authorize & recommend approval of residential loans.
• Contact prospective clients to develop and maintain relationships.
• Build a network of contacts for referral business
• Analyze applicants’ finances, credit & property information to determine loan eligibility.
• Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
• Educate customers on the different types of real estate loans and credit and finance options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.

6PL has a vision and is being built differently. We’re cutting out layers of management and added fees so that our MLOs can earn more and our clients can pay less.

We’re a new company, but our Co-founders are seasoned USMC Veterans with experience in the mortgage and marketing industries and have years of experience as business owners in high-growth companies.

We’re setting aside half of the company’s equity for employees (to be earned based on a performance and tenure formula). We’re sharing profits with employees. We’re setting up a Leadership Council made up of Management and Employees to help manage the company.
