Senior Mortgage Loan Originator – Self Generated
Total Annual Est. Compensation: $63,000 – No Cap
Six Pillar Lending is looking for experienced, self-generating Mortgage Loan Originators to join our team and work remotely. We have an industry-leading compensation plan with in-house resources to help you reach your full potential! Our Corporate Headquarters are in Tucson, Arizona and we are licensed in Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, and Texas with more states coming soon.
The Senior Mortgage Loan Originator reports to and collaborates with the Team Lead to perform a wide range of duties related to the origination of residential first mortgage loans. Must possess superior customer service skills, leadership skills, be extremely detail-oriented, and be self-motivated. Principal responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Builds and develops referral contacts (customer referrals, realtors, builders, professional and personal contacts) to generate sales of residential mortgage loans and build a pipeline.

Assumes overall responsibility for the residential mortgage loan from application to closing.

Collects appropriate documentation from each applicant and enters 1003 applications in LOS (ARIVE).

Maintains knowledge of available loan products. Originates permanent single family (1-4), FHA, VA, USDA, JUMBO, conventional (FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA, etc.), and Non-QM mortgages.
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Multiple years of relevant and dependable self-generating mortgage loan experience

Contacts and referrals with local realtors, builders, etc.

Texas NMLS License

Knowledge of conventional and/or government lending guidelines

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, resulting in the ability to interact with all levels of employees within the organization

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office (Excel, Word) or other transferable software packages.

Strong desire to excel in a competitive environment.

As defined by the S.A.F.E. Act, one must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and maintain a unique identifying registration number.
